Smart default provider

Within Configuration.cs - LoadConfigurationProvider() if the provider is null we should attempt to fallback to a default.

In the InstantiateConfigurationProvider() method in App.xaml.cs, the code already defaults to the LightTheme as the default ConfigurationProviderType. If a configuration is not specified, the LightTheme is used. No code change is technically necessary, but to make it a little more bullet proof, the LoadConfigurationProvider() method will now default to the LightTheme if the specified provider is null.
